Despite the spa-sounding name, Synergy is a clinical rehab and movement studio in Jupiter run by Dr. Robert Voorhees, PT, DPT. The team handles orthopedic and neurological physical therapy, occupational and hand therapy, dry needling, craniosacral and myofascial release, and an AlterG anti-gravity treadmill for low-impact recovery. Pilates runs the gamut from private and group to virtual and kids' core. It's a fit for athletes and post-op patients alike (they've worked with MLB, PGA, and pickleball players), and they're part of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network.

Massage here leans therapeutic, deep tissue and visceral manipulation, rather than purely relaxation.
